Manic Loop, an original fucktard who has developed into a semi mature nonentity.

Currently entering the weird world of GloF. Looks exhilarating.

Apologies, Mr Loop, I remember the name, just never took much notice of TTH and incumbents. Apart from Henry, obviously because he's everyone's hero.

Apology accepted squire. Now, can someone kindly give me a quick overview on how I join your very own GloF server/room/tournament/gazebo please?

If you have downloaded the game and created a character, then you'll need to join the Guild by applying at Anthony Bestra in the square, he's just to the west of the bridge on the north side of the square. Guild name is: GR_Divots. Once accepted I'll PM you the password to the Guild members only forum. I'd get a few rounds in first before applying, to see if you think you'll stick it out, as the Guild isn't at a high enough level yet to give me the power to boot inactive players. I check the waiting list every now and then to approve or reject applicants. I don't know when I'll be next on, maybe tonight or tomorrow, but I would expect to be online on Sunday night for a couple of hours (7pm to 9pm approx).

Oh and the tournament won't be taking place until early November, at the earliest, so there's no need to get a rush on there.

Thank you. I'll get some practice in over the next couple of weeks, and then apply. Watch out, I'm another Michelle Wie. Highly skilled, but not much motivation

And there was me thinking you sucked up to wank_sean manc_sean. :humb: wank_bean has some good ideas on football, a little extreme in some cases and talks shite in the others. He's certainly not as bad as people make him out to be. It still makes me laugh when Henry was given untold grief for months when he stupidly said that a British helipcopter landed on his lawn. Steve - word of warning. If you decide to join in with this shot-online GLoF rubbish, you'll be hounded until the day after Doomsday to play it. Won't he, Coffers?

Thank you. I'll get some practice in over the next couple of weeks, and then apply. Watch out, I'm another Michelle Wie. Highly skilled, but not much motivation Tip, you earn more NG by playing multiplay games, if you can get into Foursome matches with a higher level player then you stand a chance of getting better scoes for each hole and therefore better NG and EXP. Leveling up is key at lower levels, keep Impact higher than Power early doors it's good to have it about 4 above power, by level 21 you should have impact 5 above power at least. Skill becomes useful after level 10, but only if you have skill of between 10 and 12, Skill should be about 12 by level 21. A lot of people say don't bother with stamina, but at higher levels it's useful to help shots from sand and rough. Get stamina to about 12 by level 27, then you can use the level 27 clubs available from Salvador in the square.

Oh come on Moo, I gave up on that when I realised you were ignoring me. :checkit: BTW the Guild still needs another 17,640,000 points to reach t he next level at which point I can boot off people we I don't like.

Let us know what you name your character and we can add you to our friends list, then we can see when you are online.
Moo will use it to hide from you, obviously.

It still makes me laugh when Henry was given untold grief for months when he stupidly said that a British helipcopter landed on his lawn. One of the all time best moments ever, ever. Up there with a certain group of us calling Brighton a self loathing Jew with Nazi sympathies and watching the ensuing fall-out. Or Oimoi wishing a yachting accident on Thurm - much hilarity ensued.
