Congrats, Narkle! Huzzah and all that rubbish!

Are you saying his babies are ugly dolls?

If it's a girl will you call it Shirley? If it's a boy will you call it Shirley?
Well done on doing the hard bit Nark, plain sailing from here on in. For you anyway.

Garbage Pail Kids, one of those put my son off spaghetti for life, It was one with a kid eating a bucket of worms or something.

Congrats, Narkle, and to Mrs Narkle too. Give her a rose, it's International Women's Day today. There was a couple of Ladies that were giving out Roses to the Women as they left the train station today. That's a much different morning than yesterdays when I've walked into the aftermath of a crime scene where someone got shot.
A patch comes certified that it's adopted too.

Hopefully you'll have sorted the scouting by then. Congrats. Blob I should be about to start reading, shouldn't he?

Awww, another little bub. If s/he's as cute as my nephew, you'll be set.
Congrats.

If s/he is half as cute and mild-mannered as Blob I then we'll be set.

If you wanted one the same, you should have cloned Blob I.

Except, you know, cloning doesn't really work on humans and stuff.

You mean like a cabbage patch or something? No, I mean an enhancement pack. Will Blob² work, straight out of the box?

It's retro compatible with all known forms of childcare, and the designers say you will be able to expensively upgrade it with new clothes and toys on a regular basis for a minimum of 18 years in order to keep it in full working order (though there are known faults that creep in around year 13).

Blob will love having a sibling blob. Hurrah! You're either a) being sarcastic, or b) don't have much experience of sibling interaction at an early age. Blob will hate it because he will no longer get the attention that is his due by right of birth up until now. Serves him right. Short, sharp shock will set him on the right path again.

And it gets worse as they get older, until they leave home, then they will suddenly find they like each other after all.

Agreed.
Boony, you are an asshat, although we all knew that already.
The couple (who I was best man for) had triplets over the Christmas hols and the 2 year old is not a happy camper at all. The 6 year old is fine, in patches, sometimes very helpful, sometimes seen with knives. It's both amusing and disturbing when you're on the other end of the phone line and you hear your mate shouting at the eldest "Put that slipper down!"
