You're not helping, meej. Though I do find myself wanting to spend more time with Forestal Whip for some reason.

It could be worse: Sonic recommended that I play the guitar. You could be stuck with a long haired folky angsty singer complaining about life and FM.
Did they take the peno slowly, Did the play corners lowly? Did your longshot fir o'er you as the goalie crouched down? Did the refs sound "goal off" in chorus? Did the pipes play Whips of the Forest?
Did you really believe them when they told you "promotion"? Did you really believe that this season would end seasons? Well the suffering, the sorrow, the glory, the shame The tackling, the heading, it was all done in vain, For random Chinese goalie, it all happened again, And again, and again, and again, and again.

That is so not a hat...
By the way, turns out there's a two month hyatus round Yuletime. The transfer window goes ajar, and I asked for a few loans to come onto us and ride us like the wild beast we are, or at least the bear is. It was also contract-renewing time as everybody was on a one-year basis; quite handy, that, half my signees being already on their way out.
Our attendance has soared. Early on we had like three cows on a nearby hill that happened to have their ass towards the setting sun, and cows not being prone to ass-rotating they just looked on. And they cheared, or at least seemed to do a Mexican wave with their chops.
But then we hit on the cunning plan of having some sort of halftime show - we now have no less than two dogs sniffing each other's unmentionables, and attendance has broken the 300-strong mark.

I've never checked my attendances, I just know I'm not losing any money at the moment. That's all i need to keep me happy.
It sounds like you are at the same stage as me, Meej. The "not more friendlies, shirley!" stage.. My AssMan arranged six, I cancelled three of them.

It must be traditional to go and watch football around this time. I have clawed my way back into the black and my bank balance shows a shiny £11.

I think you've found your half-time entertainment for the heard of cows that turn up to your games.
