Jose's version > The Knife's.
Things you learn indeed. "The Foo Fighters began as a solo project taken up by former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl. On the debut album, Foo Fighters, released in 1995, Grohl plays all the instruments (save for one guitar part recorded by Greg Dulli (Afghan Whigs) on X-Static.)"
That's fooking impressive!

Oh, while we're (sort've) on the subject: After a string of events too complicated and boring to go into, I've ended up with two copies of this, and I'd like to find my spare copy a loving home. Anybody (ie, Nark) fancy it?

I so thought that was going to be something entirely different then, and almost snapped your arm off. Oh well.

I doubt I'd watch it enough to make it worth the postage from England really. I'm not a great one for watching videos.

It's the videos and a couple of really pretty good live shows. Are you sure? It'd only set me back a couple of quid, tops.
Any of you other philistines fancy a slice of glorious late-eighties Goth mentalism? Go on, you know you want to.

Right, I'm very high with Elth, high with Narkle, and medium with Pops. The rest of you need to get your lists into order :checkit:

It's a shame it can't scrobble from my MP3 player or CD player as they're the main ways I listen to music.

Hate to go against the general consensus but I'm finding the radio to be too dragsome to bother with. It seems to be the usual modern indie bleugh, which is alright in limited doses, Hornet's more dubious selections (ie the Mission) and old rock. Basically Moo needs to listen to more stuff and Hornet needs to listen to the decent stuff he likes and things should pick up.

I put some Shock G on there last night, Narkle, you might like that.
I also have the last Client album waiting at home for me, lead singer Sarah Blackwood of Dubstar fame.
Well... "fame".
I shall endeavour to get some Wu Tang Clan on for Coffers over the course of the weekend.

Except he's been playing well recently and his team mates have been wasting the chances created, but I know where you are coming from.

I had three OK Go tracks in 45 mins, as well as 3 Four Tops tracks and 2 De La Soul. I admit to heading back to the gentle pastures of my playlist...

Pandora is better built for a long listen because it's sert up as a radio station which means it has a lot of tracks but you can't listen to the specific one that you want, when you want to.
If you build a radiostation around a band the first song up will be one from a band they consider similar, with the specific band you asked for coming along at random some time later.
Last.fm offers you the chance to play a specific track, but as a result it requires artist buy in whereas Pandora just requires that Pandora pay the record companies a fee after the event, which means they have virtually everyone on their books.
Mostly on last.fm I go in and play the recommendation station which plays stuff that's like the music I already played and so the boundaries are a bit wider than Divot radio. I think.
I'm almost entirely about my own iTunes/Winamp playlist though.

It's too late for that Deej, as the ruining began once the second person joined. The more people the greater the ruin. Though, this does look like a more the merrier thingy, so feel free to wreck ahoy hoy.

There will be a heap of The National on there now, as I've got home tinkernet running with scoblling and have been listening to Boxer all evening.

I've been infecting all and sundry with The National. They're very good. My favourite song keeps switching around, but at the moment I think it's Ada.
