Right there may be no more updates until around Wednesday next week, as after tonight I'm off on a long weekend to the Cotswolds, We get back Monday night, but I'm off on Tuesday so that probably means jobs around the house or something. I've still got to sort out the study post new floor laying, so that is favourite, plus clearing the garage of large amounts of rubbish, ie. lots of visits to the local tip.

That's not for the Coffers being taken to the tip, but for the group you've landed in.
Once again :cab:
Well done on the Spartak aggregate too.

Buducnost 1 vs 3 CSK Pivara, LeagueWe allowed Buducnost 56% of the possession but didn't give them much of a sniff of goal. Chave's Story opened on 38, heading in a cross from Bubbly Ant. On 67, Angel Japes smashed against the keeper following a great 3 man move down the left, Chave's Story Mopped up to double our lead. On 82, Buducnost took advantage of some slack marking in the area and pulled a goal back, but the two goal advantage was restored on 84 when Yo Bro fed a forward ball to Angel Japes and the young midfielder placed the ball past the advancing keeper. CSK Pivara 6 vs 1 Jedinstvo (BP), LeagueThis turned out to be a bit of a romp as six different players got on the Pivara Score-sheet; Yo Bro opened on 27 with a 30 yarder, Bubbly Ant rounded the keeper to double the lead on 31 and the game entered a quiet period. It exploded back into life on 65 when Chave's Story headed in a Scratch Mark deep cross. Urgent Camel headed the fourth on 71 following a deep ball from Yak Tart. Freeview Channel 19 put AC Adaptor through for the fifth on 81 and on 86 Yak Tart thumped in a 22 yard shot for number six. Jedinstvo grabbed a consolation in injury time after Yo Bro lost the ball on the edge of the area. CSK Pivara 1 vs 1 Schalke, Champions Cup Grp E, Game 1How we got out of this with a point I will never know, Schalke battered us and we scored the opener from the spot on 51, after AC Adaptor had broke into the area nd tumbled under a heavy challenge, Yo Bro converted. e held the lead until the 82nd minute when Yak Tart made an idiot of himself again and handled in the area, Schalke gratefully accepted the gift and slotted in their spot-kick. We'd played the entire game on the defensive and acquitted ourselves rather well against a strong side. I had hoped to sneak a win in this one, but a point will do, it could be the only we we come away with. Rudar 0 vs 5 CSK Pivara, LeagueAny disappointments we had at losing a point in the LAC were quickly dispelled as Rudar were swept aside by five first half goals. Urgent Camel headed in a Scratch Mark cross on 21. Angel Japes hit a 30 yard curler to double the lead on 27 and Chave's Story notched the third 2 minutes later, heading in an Angel Japes chip. On 31 New Tricks got on the end of an Urgent camel cross to head over the keeper for number four. The last goal came on 43 Angel Japes hit another belter of a shot , this time from 25 yards and transfixed everyone, his first won the Goal of the Round award, the second came 3rd in the same competition. Macva 1 vs 2 CSK Pivara, S&M Cup 1st RoundI played a side of fringe players and got a hard won victory, Macva were on the back foot from the off, but made us work for the whole game. Nuclear Toblerone headed the 1st on 3 from a Damn Buster Cross. Damn Buster got the second on 16 heading in a New Age Christian free-kick from 12 yards out. Macva pulled a goal back on 74 following a scramble in the box, they were reduced to 10 men on 79 following a cynical foul by Knezovic. Red Star 3 vs 3 CSK Pivara, LeagueThis was a tremendous game for the neutral, but bloody awful for me as I watch us throw away a 2 goal lead and then throw the lead away again for a second time. Chave's Story opened on 36 after getting on the end of a big boot by T' Hat Box. Two minutes later, Arms & Legs sent over a near post cross and Urgent Camel connected with a half volley to double the lead. Red Star pulled a goal back on the stroke of half time Stojkovic took advantage of sloppy defending. Red Star kicked off the second period and twelve seconds in Stojkovic had his second and the equaliser as our defence backed off. On 53, Urgent Camel was tripped as he burst into the area, Yo Bro converted the spot-kick. On 69 the game was level again as Levitating Ski Run could only parry away a Stojkovic shot and Miletic reacted to score before our defence realised what was happening. I thought a draw was a fair result but the media seemed to think that we had been battered and were lucky to come out with a point. Inter Milan 2 vs 1 CSK Pivara, Champions Cup Grp E, 2nd gameAnother all out defensive performance that very nearly worked only for a complete collapse in the last 11 minutes. On 5 Chave's Story robbed the left back 45 yards out, he charged towards the penalty area and as the keeper rushed out he cheekily chipped the ball over him and into the net. It was a lead we desperately held onto until the 79th minute when a deep ball into the area was headed against Levitating Ski Run, the rebound was snapped in by Guerra from 6 yards. Inter were throwing everything at us by this point and we crumbled again on 86 when Alonso lost his marker in the box and headed in an easy chance. I was completely naffed off at having gone so close, but Inter deserved the win really with 60% off possession and 26 shots at goal, 13 on target. What had upset me more than anything was the number of injuries we seemed to get before both of the Champions Cup game, something was definitely looking to make us pay a big price for doing well in the league. CSK Pivara 3 vs 0 Radnicki (NB), LeagueA comfortable win to restore some morale, T' Hat Box opened from the spot on 12 after Chave's Story had been tripped in the area. On 34, Yo Bro hit a tremendous shot around a packed defence to double the lead from 22 yards after Urgent Camel had surprised everyone by cutting the ball back rather than crossing.Radnicki were down to 10 men on 72 following the sending off of Simic. On 82 One In A Bed Sex Romp was tripped in the area and Former El Pres converted from the spot. Zemun 0 vs 3 CSK Pivara, LeagueAnother easy win which seemed a long time coming at first. Gossip Calypso opened on 29 when he reached a poor back pass before the keeper and hit the ball into an unguarded goal from 35 yards. On 54 Gossip Calypso doubled his and our tally, driving low under the keeper after collecting an Urgent Camel chip into the area. Two minutes later Angel Japes saw his 30 yard screamer pushed onto the post by the keeper, it bounced along the line and Chave's Story reached it before anyone else to tap in for number three. Wow, nice run, and it seems your almost getting the results against the big boys in the LAC. I was going to be smart and say you'd be champions by the mid-season break but Borac put shot to that :moop: ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) :thumb:

Borac 0 vs 1 CSK Pivara, League First versus second and we got what we expected a hard game, except it wasn't quite as hard as we expected. {b]Angel Japes[/b] played a blinder and threatened their defence every time he got the ball, but it was Chave's Story who scored the winner on 54, heading in a Broken Down Angel corner from 6 yards. That puts daylight between us and Borac in the title stakes and we have a game in hand on them too.
CSK Pivara 2 vs 0 Real Madrid, Champions Cup, Grp E, Game 3 Yes you read that correctly, we beat Real Madrid. I again persevered with the total defence strategy, no point getting humped is there? Two early strikes knocked the stuffing out of the Spanish giants and gave us confidence to battle on gamely. Chave's Story opened on 5, heading in an Arms & Legs cross from 6 yards after the winger broke down the left and beat Right Back Hernandez before crossing. On 14, Hernandez dallied on the ball, Arms & Legs mugged him and raced away to smash in the second from 18 yards. We pretty much kept Madrid contained in midfield after that. Hernandez completed his nightmare by getting sent off on 71 for pushing Arms & Legs in the chest. Levitating Ski Run took the MOM award for an outstanding display in goal, though Madrid only had 2 more on target shots than we did.
The board were delighted with the famous victory and even if we should go out at this stage, I think this day will long be remembered by the fans of the club.
Oh and Capstan Full Strength went AWOL from training and was fined a weeks wages and dumped into the reserves, he did apologize, but I think he's had his day here now. there are better players available.

CSK Pivara 2 vs 1 OFK Beograd, League This was a fairly comfortable win in the end, though we should have scored more. Set Square opened on 32 with a 23 yard free-kick. OFK equalised on 43, breaking down the right and sending over a bullet of a cross which Broken Down Angel could only divert into our net whilst trying to head out for a corner, under pressure. With the game looking draw bound, Gossip Calypso was held back in the area just with just over a minute of injury time played, The Sacroilliac converted the spot-kick for another 3 points.
Buducnost 2 vs 3 CSK Pivara, S&M Cup, Round 2 The game started so well for us when on 6 Chave's Story blasted a ball at the keeper, the keeper blocked and Angel Japes followed up to pass the ball into the empty net from 12 yards. The joy didn't last long as Buducnost equalised within a minute when Set Square failed to deal with a cross effectively. Things went from bad to worse on 10 when we once again failed to defend a cross from the left, Pavic got in at the near post and half volleyed home. Buducnost held us comfortably for long periods after that and we just couldn't find a way back. On 65 we threw on three substitutes and things started to happen. Finally on 78 AC Adaptor fed a ball through the middle, Gossip Calypso slipped free of the defence and poked the ball under the keeper from 8 yards. On 86 Angel Japes hit a ball towards Gossip Calypso lurking in the area, in a panic to cut the ball out their DC hit it past his own keeper to send us, possibly undeservedly, through to the next round.

OK, I got through a fair few unreported games in the last few days and in a bod to catch up, I'll list the results and scorers with maybe the odd comment on important games: Smederevo 0 vs 2 CSK Pivara, LeagueBubbly Ant on 7 and Gossip Calypso on 88, a comfortable win which we made hard for ourselves. Real Madrid 6 vs 0 CSK Pivara, Champions Cup Group E, 4th GameThis really pissed me off because we had all our eligible keepers on the injury table so we had to play The Sacroilliac in goal. we were 4-0 down by the 19th minute all goals scored by Masondo (2, 5, 14 & 19). Madrid added two more goals on 30 and 36 at which point I moved The Sacroilliac into midfield and drafted Yo Bro back into goal. The goals stopped, I'm not sure if it was down to Real Madrid easing up at that point or down to the switch. Seven of the 14 players used managed a rating of 5 the rest got a 6. Pitiful, bloody pitiful. CSK Pivara 2 vs 1 Napredak, LeagueArms & Legs on 15 and Yo Bro on 90 with a penalty. Napredak scored straight from kick off after the second goal. Confidence looks a little shot. CSK Pivara 2 vs 2 Vodjvodina, S&M Cup Qtr FinalBook Mark on 21, Vodjvodina on 38 and 78. When all looked lost Book Mark nabbed our second on 88. We won the penalty shoot-out 4-3, missing only the 4th kick. Vodjvodina missed the 3rd and 4th. CSK Pivara 3 vs 0 Buducnost, LeagueThe Sacroiliac on 13 and Bubbly Ant 21 & 27. Schalke 1 vs 0 CSK Pivara, Champions League Grp E, Game 5 Reto Rey scored on 16, Schalke won easily. We now needed to win our last game at home against Inter to stand any chance of finishing in 3rd place. Nothing less would do. Partizan 1 vs 0 CSK Pivara, LeaguePartizan scored on 64 and probably did enough to deserve the win. I feel as if the team is falling apart at the moment. Certainly goals seem hard to come by. Jedinstvo (BP) 1 vs 3 CSK Pivara, LeagueThe Sacroilliac on 17 and 29pen. Jedinstvo replied on 32 and our final goal came from Bubbly Ant on 51. CSK Pivara 0 vs 1 Inter Milan, Champions Cup Grp E Final gameWe held out against a rampant Inter until the 90th minute, with us going all out for a forlorn hope of a winner, Inter broke and scored with 20 seconds of normal time remaining. They had in all fairness battered us and deserved their win. Even if we had won the game we would have still finished bottom as Real Madrid the only team we could have overtaken beat Schalke to finish in 2nd place behind Inter. Nano Technology has really pissed me off by not signing a contract so he is offered out for sale before he can negotiate a Bosman in a months time, OFK Beograd and Red Star bite at £1M plus 25%, I also offer a decent wedge just to him, just in case they don't offer enough. Book Mark is holding out too, but no one is interested in buying him. Partizan try to psyche us out before the next game but I tell them we're are high on confidence and don't fear anyone. to which they claim to have no time to respond. CSK Pivara 5 vs 2 Partizan, LeagueWe opened on 26 with an own goal following a Arms & legs corner. Partizan equalised on 31 when Nano Technology lost the ball cheaply in midfield, but we quickly took the lead again on 33 from Urgent Camel with a simple tap in. Partizan came back in the second half and equalised on 70 after Nuclear Toblerone lost the ball on the left wing. I noticed we were dallying too long on the ball so upped the tempo and were ran away with the game. Chave's Story reclaimed the lead on 78, Scratch Mark put is 2 up on 83. Then Partizan lost a man to a second yellow and we hit them with a final blast on 89 courtesy of a 30 yard banana shot from Nuclear Toblerone. Nano technology was injured on 55 and only rated a 4. he has had some awful games this season and I'll not be too sorry to see him go, but he's out with a broken foot for 3 to 5 months and any transfer deals may fall through. We now enter the winter break. The League Table After 18 games:![](http://img519.imageshack.us/img519/7146/cskleaguedt9.th.jpg)

A 6-0 humping is more than a little disappointing, it;s sad to say. Ah well, at least you got a good wodge of cash after all that and it looks like you're on track to get into the LAC next season too.

Ah well, at least you got a good wodge of cash after all that and it looks like you're on track to get into the LAC next season too. KUTGW! I had no keepers at all available, I even dredged down into the youth team. What really naffed me off was that I'm sure my reserve keeper was fit and registered, he showed as ineligible for the Madrid game, but was eligible for the next game against Schalke. :moop: something odd was going on, I'm sure. I also had my best striker injured for the game. I think the AI was trying to stuff me good and proper for beating Madrid the first time around.

So into the break and we sign one player: Molitov Cocktail a 22yo Bulgarian 6'1" striker, we paid Vidma-Rakovski £45k for his services, plus a 10% bonus if we sell him. Broken Down Angel leaves the club to sign for Cibalia and we get a fee of £45k in return plus 25% of any future sale. I also added a new coach, Boy Gorge to the back room staff, more to ease the load burden than to improve any training aspects. To keep players fit two tours are arranged one to Georgia and one to Cyprus, the results follow: The Tour Of Georgia:Zestafoni 0 vs 6 CSK Pivara. Kolkheti Poti 0 vs 2 CSK Pivara. Dinamo Tbilisi 0 vs 6 CSK Pivara. The Tour of Cyprus:AEK Larnakas 0 vs 3 CSK Pivara. Pafos 0 vs 5 CSK Pivara. Pegeia 1 vs 5 CSK Pivara. Then it was time for the league to start up again: CSK Pivara 2 vs 0 Rudar (P), LeagueTwo early strikes settled this game; Urgent Camel on 7 and Yo Bro on 14, though it was a comfortable win in the end. Angel Japes went down with a bad injury which could side-line him for up to 5 months. That's a blow because he creates a lot a problems for the opposition as an attacking midfielder and we lose something when he isn't in the team. CSK Pivara 3 vs 1 Red Star, LeagueThis was easier than I guessed it would be. We stormed into an early two goal lead with golas from Book Mark on 4 and Chave's Story on 7 and controlled the game thereafter. The Sacroilliac added a 3rd from the spot on 57. Red Star's consolation came in the 86th minute following goalmouth scramble. Radnicki (P) 0 vs 0 CSK Pivara, LeagueRadnicki are second bottom and we played like we were with them at the bottom. A bloody awful match to watch. CSK Pivara 5 vs 0 Zemun, LeagueZemun didn't help their own cause by losing a man to a red card after only 5 minutes, The Sacroilliac scored from t he resulting spot-kick. Chave's Story added a second on 13 then Zenum imploded by getting a 2nd man sent off on 19. There was no way back for them, though to be fair the nine men battled on gamely. Bubbly Ant made it 3-0 on the half hour. The Sacroilliac headed our fourth on 56 minutes and One In A Bed Sex Romp completed the rout on 82. CSK Pivara 2 vs 0 Borac, LeagueFor our nearest challengers, Borac were pretty poor and we should have beaten them by a lot more than two goals. Yo Bro (25) and Bubbly Ant were the scorers. CSK Pivara 3 vs 0 Smederevo, LeagueIt looked and easier win than it actually was. Yak Tart opened on 17 with his first goal for the club and then Smederevo dug in. Subtitute Gossip Calypso made the score respectable with strikes on 76 and 5 minutes into injury time. The League After 24 Games:![](http://img49.imageshack.us/img49/3971/cskleagueuo7.th.jpg) Next game is the Semi Final of the S&M Cup against League One side Obilic. We are the only Superleague side left in the cup. PS. Nano Technology wouldn't sign a contract and has agreed to join Buducnost on a Bosman in July, he has been dropped to the reserves as a result and is out for 2 months with a broken foot anyway. As you can see from the results we are better off without him anyway. Book Mark is still stalling on a deal and no one has come in for him even on Bosman terms.

It's assured then!
And so is the league by the look of things.
So what is the plan for this game Coffers? As per usual, you've stormed this league and are looking at consecutive top flight titles. Is LAC progression the next thing to do? Or are you feeling a little non-plussed by it all?

One more crack at the LAC I think then I'll probably throw in the towel, though I can't se us getting good enough to get beyound the Group stages without a real sustained effort, especially as our attendnaces are still nothing short of pathetic. 1400 turned upi to the home game against Red Star and they are a big club. We are usually lucky to get more than 1000 at home games except when big Euro teams come a calling.

CSK Pivara 1 vs 0 Obilic, S&M Cup Semi FinalObilic played a hard game, lining up a dreaded 3-4-3 formation. We pretty much dominated but just couldn't find a way through. With penalties looming and just over 91 minutes gone on my watch, Yo Bro played the ball into the area and T' Hat Box hit a cracking 16 yard volley to send us into the final. OFK Beograd 1 vs 2 CSK Pivara, LeagueAnother tough game, we took the lead 1 minute into first half injury time through a Sad Vampire 20 yard volley. OFK equalised straight from the kick off to level the tie at the break. :moop: T' Hat Box turned up trumps again on 61, hitting a 25 yard scortcher to win the match. Napredak 0 vs 3 CSK Pivara, LeagueA fairly easy romp in wich we took a 9th minute lead through Bubbly Ant. It was made easier on 47 when Napredak were reduced to 10 men, rather harshly in the eyes of the media. However let's not let that stop us. Yo Bro blasted the resultant 22yard free kick home to give us a 2 goal lead and headed our third on 51 from a Chave's Story cross. Next came the mind games from Partizan, they were told to foook off. CSK Pivara 1 vs 1 Partizan, LeagueBubbly Ant slotted the opener from 7 yards following good work by Damn Buster. partizan equalised on 6, the goal was reminicent of Carlos Alberto's goal in the 1970 World Cup Final, it was a cracker. We dominated possession, Partizan had a lot of shots mostly long range. A draw was a fair result. Buducnost 1 vs 3 CSK Pivara, LeagueOn 29 Urgent Camel put in a useful cross and it was headed in by a Buducnost centre back. On 36 Arms & Legs broke down the left and crossed to the far post, Urgent camel steamed in to head nuber two. Jovic pulled a goal back on 48 for Buducnost, with a break through the middle, but the game was killed on 67 when Arms & Legs played Chave's Story in to slot home inside the right post. It was only when the final whistle had gone that I realised we were Champions again. 2nd placed Borac could only draw which meant that with 5 games left we couldn't be caught. CSK Pivara 5 vs 2 Jedinstvo (BP), LeagueWith the league won I decided it was time to see what the fringe players could do and they acquitted themselves well. Freeview Channel 19 opened with a penalty on 10. Jedinstvo equalised on 16 but three minutes later Damn Buster served a goal on a plate for Gossip Calypso. New Tricks profited from a poor back pass on 40 and had his second 4 minutes later after being put through by T' Hat Box. Jedinstvo pulled a goal back straight from kick-off. The fifth and final goal came on 81 when Urgent Camel floated a ball over the defence for Book Mark to finished with style. Rudar (P) 0 vs 4 CSk Pivara, LeagueA subdued first half burst into life in injury time when New Tricks was on hand to slot in a parried Everybody Salsa shot. New Tricks doubled his tally on 55 after Molitov Cocktail played him through to chip the keeper. Everybody Salsa assisted his second on 70 when he played Nuclear Toblerone in for our third. The Fourth came a minute later when Urgent Camel smashed in a Cling Film cross from 6 yards. CSK Pivara 3 vs 0 Vozdovac, S&M Cup FinalAn easy enough game that was won with 3 first half goals by Yo Bro. The first came from a 25 yard free-kick on 11. The second was a 30 yard pile-driver on 33 and the third came from th penalty spot on 44. So that's the third Cup final win in a row. CSK Pivara 3 vs 0 Radnicki (NB), LeagueAnother easy win from a good performance by fringe players. The opener was scored by Chave's Story on 6 after Nuclear Toblerone had drawn the keeper out of position before squaring the ball. Damn Buster hit the second from the penalty spot on 30. The third came from Chave's Story on 77 when he pounced on a loose ball following a blocked Bubbly Ant shot. Zenum 2 vs 4 CSK Pivara, LeagueThere was a bit of a mix of players for this one, but we started with more fringe than first teamers. goals came in the first half. Bubbly Ant opened on 11 with a mazy run before blasting shot in from 18 yards, he added a second on 16 lobbing the keeper from 18 yards after being put through by a Cling Film ball over the defence. Zemun pulled a goal back on 21 following a swift break through the middle. Bubbly Ant had his hat-trick on 35 when the defence were slow to deal with a Yo Bro Free Kick. Another ball over the top saw Zenum break again and pull another goal back on 41, but they didn't have the last word as Yo Bro thumped in an 18 yard free-kick three minutes into first half injury time. The second half was more sedate and was marked only by an 85th minute penalty miss by Armani Reject. Red Star 3 vs 2 CSK Pivara, LeagueThe final game of the season and of course we had to lose to Red Star. We were a goal down after two minutes due to slack marking for a corner. We went two don on 29, when Bubbly Ant lost the ball in the middle of the park, Red Star broke and scored from the edge of the area. As the half entered injury time, Simian Wake lofted a free-kick over the defence and Chave's Story got onto the ball to divert it past the keeper. on 67 we were level, Molitov Cocktail clipping the ball past the keeper after Urgent Camel had played him through. Then everything fell apart. We lost two players to injury and having played all our substitutes had to play out the last 20 minutes with nine men. We finally crumbled on 81 when a through ball caught out Set Square and before we knew it the game was lost. The Final League Table: End Of Season AwardsPlayer Of The Season 1. Urgent Camel 2. Another successful season but next season may be difficult as I have a number of potential contract rebels who don't want to sign new contracts. these are: Levitating Ski Run, Book Mark, T' Hat Box, Carpet Slipper, Armani Reject, New Tricks, Sad Vampire (he wants way more than we can afford), Chave's Story and Urgent Camel. There may well be a clear out of our best first teamers in the close season.
