I hope they're going to convert him to linebacker and play him in a special blitz package against the Jets called "dirty Sanchez."

My mate sent me a text last night to tell me this, he started the text off with "LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL".
There may have been a few more characters in there.
I dunno what to make of it, TBH, he's certainly not a starter, he doesn't want to be a backup, he doesn't want to be anything other than a QB. The consensus seems to be that his work ethic is top notch, but that isn't all you need, obviously. We'll see what happens, but it's going to be an interesting few months. They might stick him as QB3 on the depth chart now Edelman is gone.

So we had the hilarious Sanchex butt-fumble, now we have the "not funny" butt-slap from Chad 85 in court. What a plank... enjoy jail, Chad!
In related news, the judge would get a butt-slap off me, the dirty minx.

If they wanted a backup, Matt Cassel was their guy.
This is more of a Josh McDaniels pet project, and given how well that worked out last time - I could wish for nothing better for new England. Tebow ftw!

McDaniels is hopefully using this project as information for when he takes over Billy's job when Brady retires. I think Billy will be GM only and McDaniels as HC eventually, but I'm not sure that this Tebow thing is going to last too long. I just hope we don't get Jets-type levels of stupidness that we've seen last year.

If McDaniels is honestly using Tebow for anything other than as waterboy then he shouldn't be head coaching anywhere, let alone the Pats.

To be honest, I actually think it might work just because it's the Patriots. There's absolutely no possibility of a QB controversy - Brady's the man, always will be. So Tebow can basically just be there as an option QB analogue for the scout team and it'll be fine.
I don't think the Pats would have brought him in if he wasn't committed to not being a starting QB.

I think we would all agree that Belichick wouldn't waste roster spots on people who can't contribute anything other than TV time. If he makes it to the 53, he's there for a reason.

To floss Bills cock?
Tebow support is currently revolving around "he's a winner". Which is great. So is Vince Young. Where's your God now?
The level of attention lauded on Tebow is amazing. Like Michael Vick dog-fighting attention.

He doesn't warrant it, I agree. It will still go on though, because you twats will remind me of it every time Brady throws a pick.

"Tebow wouldn't have been intercepted there...."

Looks like Tebow will be lining up at Tight End this season, as Gronk keeps falling apart, (potentially because of the amount of time he spends with porn models) and now Aaron Hernandez is expected to be arrested today for, at the very least, obstruction of justice, which could turn out to be a murder charge if the cops can find a way to do that.
Odin Lloyd was found dead in an industrial park close to Hernandez's home earlier this week with a gunshot wound to the head shortly after he'd been driving a car that was rented in Hernandez's name. Neighbour's surveillance video shows Hernandez with Lloyd shortly before his estimated time of death and today's charges come after the Police asked for Hernandez's mobile phone and home security system and both were suddenly smashed - the phone was handed in to the cops in bits.
It's also believed Hernandez had a team of professional cleaners come through his house on Monday.
Hernandez could probably wriggle out of obstruction of justice issue over by claiming when he destroyed tapes that incriminated a Patriot he was only copying Roger Goodell.

It's a shitstorm, I agree. It all seemed rather strange earlier this week but now doesn't seem at all funny. I didn't know about the phone and security system, so that's news to me and I'll go check that.
:humb: for the Goodell reference though.

Can't believe it, not a single Tebow article on NFL.com, did Hernandez shoot him as well?

Just listening to the Patriots podcast and they're going on about an article somewhere that asks what player/coaches/staff would be on the "Mount Rushmore" of your team. Three of the four Patriots ones are seemingly locked in as Billy, Mr Kraft and Tom Terrific, but the fourth spot is under debate. A poll is suggesting a close run thing with Tedy Bruschi and Adam Vinatieri. I'd throw Andre Tippett in as the 4th man, personally.
What say you guys for your team? Wayne Chrebet for the Jets, Shirley?
