I'm getting that way myself, The counter of the Pawnbrokers I use as a base is covered in all sorts of magical weapons and objects I don't want to sell but can't carry.

Last night saw a 3 hour stint that eneded with the completion of another very satiosfying quest. The night started with a couple of wilderness minor quests, one involving escorting a pilgrim to the Koal Cave Shrine and another was to return some pants to a bather who couldn't get out of a river due to not having any on. The next quest was to do a hit on the Camonna Tong assassin who was pressuring my Kajit admirer to join his guild, a long trek to Gnaar Mok ensued as there is no easy way to hitch a quick ride. Finding the shack he was holed up in proved easy enough but I had to bribe him to raise his disposition towards me in order to taunt him long enough to start a fight. When he did respond so did the 3 others in the shack. Despite the unfair odds I made short work of the scum boy bullies. My reward was an extravagant shirt and pants and the Short Blade skill book The 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 30, which I'd already read elsewhere, however it's still worth a decent wodge of cash. I did manage to loot some items but nothing was worth a lot. Moving on it was time to carry out the next fighters guild orders, namely to eliminate the Velothi gang, a bunch of smugglers holed up in a cave to the South east of Pelagiad, that was handy as I was already in Pelagiad. It was a short trek to the cave and the all but one of the gang proved quite easy to overcome, though there were 8 of them in total so it took a little time. It was teh leader who proved awkward as he got the first strike on me and he had a jinkblade short sword which paralized me for 5 seconds on each successful hit. I was panicing a bit as he whittled down my health, but he my armour saved me long enough to recover control and once I hit him, I continued to attack, each hit knocking him off balance long enough to get another hit in, to prevent his attacks from paralyzing me again. He finally died, though the smugglers were low level their loot was surprisingly grand. I managed to recover 5 Grand Sould gems, the best in the game, they are pretty rare beasts, numerous common and lessor soul gems were retrieved too. There was lenty of good quality armour which I had to leave behind to be colelcted later, but I did find numerous magical items along with some good Dwarven Weapons, these included a Dwarven Claymore, A Dwarven Battle Axe and a Dwarven Warhammer, all worth a decent sum of gold. There were otehr weapons too. That is one cave that I really have to go back too, possibly 2 or 3 more times. Amongst all that I gained another level and am now at Level 18. My next fighters guild quest is to remove a Hunger from an ancesrtal tomb, wich is not too far from where the Orc Bandits were hiding, from the Tuesday night session. I'll finish that quest and then collect the remaining loot from teh Velothi Gang Quest. I think it's time to find Umbra, who I was told about some time ago when I last visited Suran. Oh and I'm thinking about moving my base to the manor where I solved the mystery of a murdered House of Hlaalu member. My current base is getting a bit cluttered.

I'll have to find that pants quest next time I play the game... It's probably an add-on. I reckon Coffers isn't telling us something...

It's not an add on, it is in the game, it's just one of those silly in game extra quests, you get nothing for it apart from a possible increase in dispotion from the guy you found the pants for and he isn't even useful for anything else.

Friday night saw me complete the small quest toi remove the Hunger from teh Sarano Tomb, it was easier than expected I had an enchantment put on the Dwarven 2 Handed Sword that I obtained in my previous quest, one to absorb between 13 and 25 Health Points from my opponent when I did damgage to him. This means that I regain health whilst fighting if I am damaged. I get 20 uses out of the enchantment before it needs a recharge or a rest to get it's charge back. I only needed two hits on the Hunger and it was history. That completed all teh quests that teh head of teh Balmora Fighters guild could give. So I moved onto a quest given by another guild head, this time the one from the Wolverine Hall Guild.
I had to to travel to the Dwemer ruins of Nchurdamz to help Larienna Macrina explore the ruins in search of a great beast, I was given the position of the ruins on my map, but I had already accidentaly seen them when I was in that area looking for specific cave. So I knew where I needed to go. Or so I thought.
Heading out I managed to take a wrong turn and eneded up scratching around some mountain range further east than I had intended and came across a big statue of a female at the base of which was an entrance, I decided to take a look inside and found a shrine to Azura a well known God, Activating the shrine I got a message saying I was to undertake a quest to rid an acolyte sworn to having no contact with the anyone, of some creatures sent by another god to torment her. Directions were given, however that will have to wait as I had my fighters guild quest to fulfill.
Onwards back from where I came I picked up the path I should have taken and eventually saw the ruins in the distance, outside of teh ruins was my contact. I knew from previous experience that people fighting with me tended to get killed easily especially if they ran in front of my attacks, so I didn't speak to the contact and just went ahead inside the ruins. I was met by a procession of Skeleton Champions and Bone Lords in the entrance series, they were easy enough to overcome, as I approached the final room of the complex I found myself sandwiched between a bone lord and a Dremora, the Bone lord was to my front but the Dremora Lord was attacking from behind so it was doing some real damage. By the time I'd dealt with the bone lord my health was suffering, so turning to face the Dramora Lord I took a poition to restore some of my health, and launched into the evil being. It took a bit longer than expected long to finish it off as it was much stronger than the usual Dremora that I have encountered and it was casting spells all the time. I eventually killed it and took another restore health potion and was finally was left at the top of the steps to the last room and there was the target the, Daedroth Hrelvesuu. I managed to creep up on it and strike a huge blow from behind, it must have been huge as two more strikes later and it was dead. I collected what little loot I could find and returned to the surface, that was not without event either as I met more and more bone lords and skeleton Champions on the way out, it was almost as if the ones I had previously killed had re-spawned. I evenually made it out and talked to Larienna Macrina, she claimed I had fought well, though how she knew I don't know, however her recommendation is welcome as it will increase my standing in the guild.
My reward for the quest was 500 Gold, and I increased my level to level 19. My next quest from Hrundi at Wolverine Hall is to check out some problems at a glass mine, but that couls wait as my next target was to complete a quest given by Percius Mercius at Ald'ruhn, I had to help the Buoyant Armiger Ulyne Henim cean out a den of Necromancers far north in the Sheogorad region.

On Saturday I headed to Vaz which is where the Necromacers den was located, this was done by sailing to Dagon Fel a small hamlet on the a northern island in the Sheogorad region. Asking around the hamlet for information didn't get me very far but I did learn of a shrine that was attracting attention from some Orc's. I set off westwards towards where Vas had been pinpointed on my map and had inumerable encounters with Cliff racers before I spotted an orc on a side path to the north of the path I was taking. The orc hailed a greeting but didn't give me a lot to talk about so I detoured a little bit to see if anything interesting was afoot.
Soon after a right bend in the track I saw anotehr orc who imeediately launched into an attack, A hard fight ensued but he came off worse, befroe I had chance to loot the body anotehr orc turned up I had and another fight on my hands again it was a tough one, but with two orc''s killed I had amassed a pile of very expensive Orc Armour and weapons which I couldn't carry. So I left them in a pile to be collected later. A little way down the track I was assailed by two more orcs, just as tough if not tougher than the first two, Thank goodness for my enchanted sword is all I can say, otehrwise I'd have needed even more health potions than I had already taken. Two more dead foes and anothe pile of Orc Armour. This was good stuff, I ferried all the armour and weapons to one location for later collection. And attempted to activate the shrine, nothing, it appears that I need some Deadre Hearts to do activate it, with none available all I could do was continue with my quest. I eventually found Vas after having to levitate over some mountains and crossing to a couple of islands by swimming. My accomplice was outside, just as with the last quest I left her there, no point losing the person who could vouch for my successes.
Entering Vas I had to fight off 3 Skeleton Champions in quick succession, and then faced a string of Bonelords, In a large room to the back of the first level I came across 4 Mage's, one of whom attacked me and received his come-uppance. The rest just pretty much ignored, me. There was nothing of interest here so I returned to a door I had seen further down the passageway. The door opened to some stairs heading down, they lead to the upper level of a large oval room, the upper level comprising of a walk way all around the perimiter of the room, I also had to dispose of anotehr Bonelord, before I came to the stairs heading to the lower level of the room and a Deadroth, which was way too underpowered for my double handed sword. The loot was not great, but I had the orc Armour to collect on another day.
Heading back to the upper level I continued around the walkway until I came to another door, this lead to what turned out to be the final room in teh building and the lair of the Necromancer that I needed to kill, I went into sneek mode and crept up behind him delivering a massive blow to his back, two blows later and the necromancer was dead. There wasn't a lot of great value in the room, apart from Iron and Steel armour, but I had plenty of armour in the Orc armour stash so I didn't take a lot with me and I won't be returning for what is left.
Heading back out I encountered more bonelords and skeleton champions again they seemed to re-spawn in the locations I had met them coming in. On returning to daylight I found my accomplice still waiting patiently outside, she was pleased with my work and thanked me, stating that she would stay there as she had loose ends to tie up.
I returned to the quest giver in Ald'Rhun and received my 500 drake reward plus I advanced to Guardian level in the fighters guild, I also moved to level 20.
The next night I returned to collect the Orc Armour, much if which I might have difficulty sellng due to the high values of individual items. I also completed a small mage's guild quest to retrieve a Dweamer tube from a dweamer ruin, that enabled me to move up to Magician level in the mage's guild (Mainly helped by buying training in alchemy to take me to 50 points in that skill) and gain another general level (level 21). That quest netted me 4 rubies and a couple of pieces of raw ebony. The next Mage's guild quest is to check on a colleague, Senilias Cadiusus, in the Dwemer ruin of Nchuleftingth as his last excavation report is long overdue.
I have also found that is now almost impossible to sleep in Balmora without being attacked by assassins, so I have moved my default resting place to Cladera. Oh and I should mention that I have maxed out my long sword skills at 100 now, which should mean that I hit my target every time I swing a long sword or two handed sword, though they can stioll block and armour can still dissipate any damage. I'm not far off maxing out my Strength attribute either, I think I'm at 97/100.

Do people run away from you when they see you in the game, or do they cheer? Is there such a thing when you get so far? Or is it more to do with how each person sees you?
Looks good on the fighting side with stats like that.

Enemies have no fear so don't run away, unless you attack them whilst under a chamelean spell. How others see me depends on my standing in whatever guild they are in and my global reputation also has a bearing.
My base personality attribute stands at 60/100 at the moment and this also has a modifying effect on an NPC disposition towards me. Currently I am absolutely loved by NPC's in the Fighters and MAge's Guilds, I have good standing in the thieves guild too apart from the 3 guild house leaders as I turned in there best spy in an early quest. They like me well enough but won't trade with me or give me training.

The next adventers too me to Nchuleftingth to check on the progress of a group of Senilias Cadiusus as he next report on his expidition is long overdue, apart froma long trek through the blighted ashlands the quest didn't provide me with much opposition, I met two colleagues of Senilias Cadiusus just inside teh ruin, and they indicated he must have found a way to a lower level. It wasn't too hard to find him in the end, and tehre were only a few dwemer constructions barred teh way but they are no match for me now. I found Senilias Cadiusus's body on the lowest floor and retrieved his report, I also retrieved a book written in the Dwemen language which will need a scholer to translate. I collected a few gems from various casks and chests, plus a number of Dwemer artifacts left on long unused tables. Returning to Edwinna Elbert, she was disappointed to hear that Cadiusus was already dead but happy withthe report, she also indicated that I needed to talk to a scholar regard the book I had found and a couple of other Dwemer books in my possession.
Next up Edwinna sent me to retrieve Dwemer plans from the ruins of Mzuleft, now I knew where this place was as I'd seen it when looking for the Vas Necromancers, so another trip to Dagon Fel was on the cards, this one proved much tougher as the ruins were inhabited by a number of orcs. I met my first Winged Twighlight outside on my journey to the ruins and what loked like an evil high level harpy type creature didn't last long with my swift sword thrusts. I thought that might have been harder. Inside the ruins the orcs proved to be of lesser quality than expected and I picked up the blueprints required along with another Dwemer book, returning to Edwinna I received more faction reputation points and showing her the new book I was told to see Hasphat Antabolis in the fighters guild in Balmora. The next quest was a doddle, I had to retrieve more dwemer plans from a place I had already cleared out, I just returned to base, picked up the plans (for an airship) and passed tehm back to Edwinna, this completed all the quests for this Mage and I need to find the next quest giver.I am currently at Magician level in the guild and won't be able to progress to the next level until I have a Mage's prefered skill at 60/100. The nearest I have to that is Alchemy at 50/100.
The final quest of the night was to kill a rogue Orc at Sargon, I found out in Maar Gan that Sargon was on an island to teh South West of Vas and looking at my workd map decided the most likely island was that was just north of the Urshilaku Camp in the Ashlands. That was a long trek and swim to reach so there were plenty of Cliff Racer encounters on teh journey there. It turned out that Sargon was a cave system inhabited by 8 high level Orcs one of whom was my target, all the orcs were hostile and I had to drink a few restore health potions in teh process of fighting my way to the leader. He turned out to be a mage and launched plenty of nast spells my way, but once I had closed in on him he was a goner. The biggest piece of booty was the Ebony Cuirass the leader was wearing, worth 48,000 drakes but god alone knows who has teh money to buy it from me. I'm pretty certain that I won;t be using it as it weighs a ton.
In amongs all thise quest I moved up to level 23, I also found that if I hang around trading otraining long enough in Balmora, then I get attacked by assassins, in broad daylight. This has problems as they are attacking me when I'm stood next to fighters guild members. If I use my magic weapons the magic part attacks my buddies and they in turn tiurn on me, so I'm reduced to using a normal weapon to fend off these attacks. That means a long fight against what appear to be tougher than normal Assassins. :moop: Somebody doesn't like what I'm doing or the threat that I am becoming.

Once you get more famous in the game people are actually in awe of you. It's pretty funny but it doesn't really make much difference to the gameplay.

Last night I completed a Fighters Guild Quest: Get rid of some bandits in Suran for Avon Oran. It was pretty straightforward to be honest, killing 8 low to medium level slavers and releasing 5 slaves from their bonds, quite a bit of the killing was done long range via spells. The main item of worthwhile loot was an Ebony broadsword which does a decent amount of damage for it's size, so it might be worth enchanting with more damage spells.
The most interesting part of the night was meeting a Golden Saint in the Wilderness, which is pretty much the most powerful Deadra creature in the game. I soul trapped it and was very surprised how easy it was to kill and trap. I now have a nice Grand Soul gem with the soul of a Golden Saint trapped in it, worth 80,000 Drakes. but it will be better kept to use to enchant an item, when I have enough drakes saved to do a decent enchantment. The jolly jaunt netted a 1000 drake reward, all of which and more was used on skill training. I made it to level 24, I also got a quest from the Fighters Guild Master to kill the 3 Thieves Guild House leaders in Balmora, Ald'Rhun and Sadrith Mora. In giving out this quest the Master of the fighters guild admitted that he had joined forces with the Camonna Tong assassins guild, something many other guild members are not in favour of. I won't be carrying out this in a hurry as I need to think about what is fishy about this.

I'm pretty much stuck with Mages Guild quests at the moment as I need to improve my skills or get more reputation points to get to a higher level to receive more quests. I think it more to do with my lower level Mage's preferred skills.
So I'll be concentrating on the fighters guild quests yet to come as I reckon I have the stats already to become the Master of the guild. I supose I should be heading back to doing some main quest line work too. That being to finish teh task task to raid and wipe out a Sixth House base near Gnaar Mok, in particular to kill the priest Dagoth Gares. Apparently, out of the original scouting party only one person returned, dying shortly thereafter from a horrible Corprus Disease. The trooper mentioned a cavern on the coast named Ilunibi It sounds nasty as there is no known cure for the disease, though there are resist spells available which I guess I aught to purchase.

Scroll of Summon Golden Saint + Grand Soul Gem + Weapon with Cast Soul Trap on Strike = game broken (because it makes it far, far too easy).
Just warning you.

I have cast Soultrap as a spell and an amulet that casts soultrap too, along with a Summon Golden Saint, but I have avoided using them and other cheats that I have come accross so far. Though I have used Summon Ancestral Ghost and/or Skeleton Minnion with soul trap to load lesser gems for money to train or enchant.
One and a half Fighters Guild quests were completed last night, the first to deliver 20 bottles of Flynn to an Egg mine the second was to kill the 2 Supporters of the Fighters Guild Master. I killed the Leader of the Balmora guild, she attacked me on sight and died a pathetic death whilst others in the guild looked on commenting on my comely appearence and other inane matters.
That leaves me to deal with the Right hand man of the Guild Master in Vivice. I suspect the next quest will be to kill teh Guild Master as the Quest Giver indicated that he would support my bid to be the master of the guild if I finished off masters lackys.
I'm tempted to hold off finishing off the Guild master until I have finished all the quests from the Leader of the Wolverine Hall Fighters guild as I don't suppose I'll be given any quests by people ranking below me in the game.

The main quest will sort you for higher level souls anyway - keep an eye out for Ascended Sleepers, as they have the same soul value as a Golden Saint.

A short session last night saw me complete the removal of the Fighters Guild Master supporters and I was allocated teh quest to kill teh Guild master himself, however that is on hold whilst I cpmplete some more minor quests fro the Wolverine Hall Giuld leader.
I took a minor quest to investigate issue at a remote glass miine from Hrundi the WH Guild leader. On my long trek there I passed an Ashlander camp whose name rang a bell, on investigation I had an outstanding quest from the Hlaalu House faction to persuade the Ashlanders to only deal with us for their Ebony trade, once this was all agreed I continued on to the glass mine.
ENtering the mine I discovered from teh Mine manager taht it was infested with Nix Hounds and that he had lost his healer, I was to find teh healer and return him to the entrance. That turned out to be easy enough, though I stopped off to snaffle some raw glass on the way down, whilst killing off teh Nix Hound pack. The only problem is teh game kept crashing just after I returned to Wolverine Hall, so I'm still left at the point of going in to complete the Quest again at the 4th attempt. I must remember to save teh game when I return teh healer to the manager. The game seems very buggy in that respect, ie. save regularly to avoid crashes.
I also noticed that the man that collects the money at the Ald'Rhun Stilt Strider seems to have disappeared, so that mode of transport is no longer available from Ald'Rhun. I'll have to check out the other Stilt Strider riders.

I downloaded the Morrowind Patch Project. I can live with it as it just means I have to remember to save regularly, then it doesn't seem to crash. The crash is a crash out to windows, with the old MS detected a problem do you want to send the report type crash.

Ok the weekend allowed me to complete all teh fighters guild quests, the most interesting one was to Rescue researcher Sondaale from Sixth House cultists and escort her through Telasero. THis involved going into a stronghold full of teh 6th cult worshipers killing them all of and returning the researcher to safety. Just inside the door I met a sleeper who died by the second strike of my Ebony blade. I worked my way down into a chamber pausing only to kill an Ash Zombie and then the fun began. I was being attacked but I couldn't work out where teh attack was coming from, spinning this way and that I heard the attacker shouting Die Invar, but in the dim light couldn't find anyone to hit. my Helth was diminishing so I retreated back up the passage towards the exit and retored my health. My assailant didn't follow. so I thought out a strategy, launched 2 fireballs into the chamber from where I stood and watched as 2 sleepers raced up the ramp to meet there doom, one hit each and they were down. I slowly walked towards the chambre. nothing. Slowy descending the ramp I saw a spark to my left and heard a crackle as magic was being conjured. That was all I needed, running towards the light I dimly saw an Ash Ghoul and started the process of cleving his head in two. It was a little long and drawn out but he died in the end. Searching out the rest of the complex I killed off a number of weak sleepers and came accross my first ever Ascended Sleeper. In the half light it was hard to make out what it looked like, but it died much the same as any other opponent albeit it needed a lot miore hits to render it useless.
After completing the remainer pf Hrundi's quests I retuirned to Vivic to meet the head of teh fighters guild. He seemed friendly enough until I taunted him about his mother looking like Orc faeces a few times, he launched into his attack I blocked it and 5 swings of my broadsword later I was head of the Fighters Guild.
I had enough money to train up some Mage's skills and managed to reach Warlock level in that guild. I am now at Level 26 and don't fear any of the more normal creatures in the game unless they are high level and attacking as a gang rather than individually. Even then I can get by.
The next step is to head back and start back on trhe road to completeing the Main Quest. Though I need to find some potions of levitation first. These seem to be becoming increasingly necessary in some of the later quests I've completed.

I decided that the main quest could wait yet again and went off to etting some more House of Hlaalu quests under my belt. Reporting back to Edryno Arethi in Vivic about the Ebony agreement I received a quest to retrieve a Daedric blade from a sunken wreck somewhere east of Bal Fell, the hardest part of which was finding the bloody thing, a lot of swimminmg was involved and finding the right Island it had run aground on was a pain in the backside.
The next quest was far easier, to protect a trader in the foreign quarter from thieves, as soon as I found the shop and spoke to the trader a thief walked ina nd attacked me, the idiot, two taps and he was out. That completed all of Edryno Arethi's quests.
I comkpleted a Mage's guild quest by finding out what happened to the Dwarves and gained a reputation point. Also I did a fair bit of training in various skills and gaine another level, I'm now at level 27. As teh remaining quest givers in teh House Of Hlaalu will only deal with me when I'm at a higher faction rating, I ended up speaking to a guy the Balmora House HQ and found out details of how to build my own strong hold on teh Odai Ridge, this is what I'm gunning for at the moment. I have to get Planning consent from a high up House of Hlaalu Duke and then obtain a Land Deed from the House of Hlaalu Treasury.
Oh I also sold off a fair number of lesser weapons and armour gained on the previous two quests. Watch this space.

Not a great deal done last night, I got the Building Contract and land deeds for my stronghold sorted out and the building work starts in a few days. I also went on a jaunt to the north west of Dagoin Fel to sort out the Daedre creatures taunting Azura's hermit. That was interesting and needed a fair few restore health potions as I met an Ogrim, a Fire and Storm Antronach, a Daedroth, followed by 2 Hungers attacking in unison, one of which paralyzed me for 5seconds, and finally a Golden Saint called Staada who was soultrapped in a Grand Soul gem on death. During the battles I was also being attacked from behind by random cliff racers which posed a few problems to my health.
Prior to the jaunt I had enchanted my Ebony Broadsword with a Damage Health 10 to 25 points on strike enchantment using my other Grand Soul Gem (Golden Saint Soul inside) that gave me the equivalent of 80 hits with extra damage and I used the lot in the battle above. I called the Sword Incubus and it is slowly recharging at the moment. I called my Two Handed Dwarved Claymore enchanted with the Absorb Health enchantment Succubus.
On the way back I entered a slavers cave and removed the hostiles inside and freed 3 slaves. Some of teh loot wasn't bad either.
It remains now for me to find the Shrine to Azura again and report back with my evidence, to gain what I anticipate to be a nice reward. After that is complete I'll check up on my stronghold construction progress as work hasn't started yet.
Oh and by buying training in various skills I gained anotehr level, now at level 28, my Strength is 100/100 as are my long sword skills. My Inteligence is at 105/100, boosted 1o points by a an enchanted ring, My Willpower is also at 100/100 though that again is boosted 10 points by the enchanted ring.
